Logista Pharma, S.A.U. (hereinafter, “LOGISTA PHARMA”) complies with the applicable legislation on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and any other implementing legislation, as well as Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
This Privacy Policy aims to inform about the processing of personal data carried out by LOGISTA PHARMA on the web domain https://www.logistapharma.com/es , the webpages located under it, and its respective subdomains and subdirectories (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Website”).
Prior to accessing certain information and content on the Website, the user (hereinafter, the “User”) must register, accepting the processing of their personal data as established therein in accordance with data protection regulations, so that such data may be incorporated into a file owned and processed by LOGISTA PHARMA.
If the User must register through a paper registration form, they shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. If, as a result of the registration, the User is provided with a password, they undertake to use it diligently and keep it confidential to access these services. Consequently, Users are responsible for the proper safekeeping and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords provided by LOGISTA PHARMA, and undertake not to transfer their use to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access by unauthorised persons. Users shall be liable for any use of the services by any third party resulting from negligent use or loss of their password.
Therefore, it is the User’s obligation to immediately notify LOGISTA PHARMA of any circumstance that may involve misuse of identifiers and/or passwords, such as theft, loss or unauthorised access, so that they may be immediately cancelled. Until such events are communicated, LOGISTA PHARMA shall be exempt from any liability arising from the improper use of identifiers or passwords by unauthorised third parties.

2. For what purpose will we process Users’ data?
Users’ personal data will be processed by LOGISTA PHARMA in order to manage suggestions, queries, requests for information, or any type of communication sent by laboratories in connection with LOGISTA PHARMA.
3. What personal data will we process?
Depending on the purpose, LOGISTA PHARMA may process the following personal data:
- your identification details (e.g. name, surname, email address, address—town, postcode, province—telephone number, fax, etc.)
- Employment details (position, pharmacy office number, etc.)
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and failure to complete them will make it impossible to process the User’s request. Users are kindly requested to inform LOGISTA PHARMA of any change in the data provided.
The User guarantees the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided and undertakes to keep them duly updated. The User shall be solely liable for completing forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data, exempting LOGISTA PHARMA from any liability in this regard.
It is very important that the information provided by the User through free-text fields (“comments”) does not contain confidential or especially sensitive data, such as: racial or ethnic origin, ideology or political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of political parties or trade unions, physical or mental health, biometric or genetic data, sexual orientation, criminal records, social security or personal identification numbers, etc.
If the User provides such information, they accept full responsibility for any potential risks to their privacy. Should such information be detected, we will delete it from our systems.
4. What is the legal basis for processing Users’ personal data?
The legal basis may vary depending on the processing:
a) Consent
The lawful basis is the User’s consent regarding the personal data provided through the Website forms. The User may revoke their consent at any time.
b) Performance of a contract and legitimate interest
Processing of form data may be based on the performance of contracts arising from the commercial relationship between the client and LOGISTA PHARMA, and on the pursuit of legitimate interests by the data controller.
5. How long do we retain Users’ personal data?
Users’ personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected. Afterwards, the data will be stored for the periods required by applicable legislation (e.g. tax or accounting regulations).
If the personal data were provided via the online form for managing suggestions, queries or requests for information, they will be destroyed 1 year after receipt.

Personal data may be shared or disclosed, if applicable, at the request of the Courts or Tribunals or in other cases permitted by applicable legislation.
7. What rights do Users have when they provide us with their data?
LOGISTA PHARMA undertakes to respect the confidentiality of Users’ personal data and to ensure their rights can be exercised.

A) Right of acces
The User has the right to access the data held by LOGISTA PHARMA.
B) Right of rectification
The User has the right to rectify the data held by LOGISTA PHARMA. By actively providing their personal data to LOGISTA PHARMA through any channel, the User guarantees that such data are true and accurate, and undertakes to notify LOGISTA PHARMA of any change or modification.
Please remember that, as a general rule, the User must only provide LOGISTA PHARMA with their own personal data, not those of third parties.
C) Right of erasure
The User has the right to request the erasure of their data insofar as such data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which LOGISTA PHARMA needs to process them as indicated above, or when LOGISTA PHARMA no longer has a lawful basis to process them.
