As part of our value-added services, at Logista Pharma we offer our laboratory clients the possibility of outsourcing their Customer Service to us, specially designed, differentiated service and with specialised personnel for each channel:

We carry out the managment of any complaints and incidents received through the communication channels determined jointly with the laboratory, as well as, the management of reverse logistics, processing the necessary collections and the handling of the goods according to the indications of the Pharmaceutical Technical Department of the laboratory and Logista Pharma, and tasks related to the creation of credit notes resulting from the returns.
